Together, we can adapt and survive..
As a part of the global travel community, we at Uganda Safari Chapter have been following recent news of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) incredibly closely. Most importantly, our thoughts are with all those affected, be it directly or indirectly. In particular, we’re working closely with our guides and local partners in Uganda and Rwanda, as well as international partners the world over, to minimize the disruption to their livelihoods. We also recognize the increased uncertainty that COVID-19 may be causing in your own trip planning. To help you book with confidence, we are offering an exceptional relaxed policy: Until the situation has stabilized, travellers are able to defer Safaris to any future date within the next twelve months, so that our customers can still enjoy visiting Uganda when the crisis subsides.
We will also not require the mandatory deposits on any bookings made during this crisis period of COVID-19
Moreover, Permits for Gorilla trekking can be rescheduled at least twice within the next twelve months without extra charge. We understand that it is not easy to fix your dates whilst the crisis is still with us.
We are in this together.Peter Mwanja Managing Director Uganda Safari Chapter
